10-01-25 Baby Boots - broken leg/hip
INJURED KITTEN - Remember baby Boots? She had a broken leg and hip, and some other injuries. She's finally strong enough for surgery, so we rescheduled for this upcoming Thursday. Boots is SO deserving of a pain-free life, and we need YOUR HELP to give her one. Right now, she can barely move, but she still loves to be cuddled. When she hears her foster mom coming, her little head pops up from her bed and she wiggles in happiness. Her surgery is estimated at $600-$800 (a lot for our rescue!) -- please help us get there so we can help little baby Boots walk again! 10-01-25 Callas Critter Rescue needs a little 'fun' help
Calla’s Critter Rescue is asking for donations.
Would any of our amazing supporters be willing to send some cat toys, scratchers and towers our way? The open side of Calla’s Kitty Shed is quite boring, they have since destroyed everything I temporarily purchased for them as they are rambunctious little kittens. I would also like to replace the tower as it was used & is now leaning. Any wall climbing things as well would be greatly appreciated so they can run and play to their little hearts desire. Can anyone help with this sweet girl? She's been living outside for about 8 years. She is super sweet. Needs to see a vet ASAP. She's been living in a feral colony. She needs blood work, office Visit and medicine. I currently have a feral mom and her one little baby. That is in my intake room. This sweet girl I had to put out in a separate cage in the sanctuary Shed. there is no fun funding as I've tried . Please help!!! The wonderful man who has battled cancer and yet still takes care of countless cats and kittens that others discard like trash has a need for cat food. I am sure he could use both dry and wet, but especially dry.Many times we are not able to help with our time or take an animal in, but we can get on Amazon or Chewy and get a box deliverered to someone who does not have the means, but has the desire to help, which as you know doesn’t always happen in that area… I am putting his name and address, with his permission, in the comments section. Meet Periwinkle! Friday morning this poor soul was found at a store in Uniontown. She was in a box in the cart area. Some amazing workers were able to get her safely in a carrier and reach out to us. We are not open on Fridays but an employee happened to see the message come in. An amazing lady( who actually brought sick kittens (that someone found) to us a few months back) drove the whole way here from Uniontown to meet our employee. Within a few hours of finding the cat they not only got her to us but the employees raised money towards her care! Upon arrival Periwinkle was immediately started on pain meds and antibiotics. The smell of infection was absolutely horrific. Periwinkle has pillow foot and rotting flesh. We honestly are not sure what all this poor baby has been through but her Injuries are extremely extensive. We have had to soak her poor legs, debride the dead skin and wrap her legs. Periwinkle has a VERY long ahead of her but like with Ohana and many others...we will try our very best! Since Friday we have taken on 8 cats In need. Supplies are dangerously low and we especially In need of paper pellet cat litter. Our "needs" list In order of Importance at this time Is Paper Pellet Cat litter, paper towels, bleach, kitchen garbage bags, construction garbage bags, Churu's(besides being a yummy treat, we often use these to administer meds), Scott TP, hand soap and Dawn dish soap. Because of you Periwinkle has a chance at life...as do so many others. We thank you endlessly for enabling us to continue to make a difference 🩶 🤍
