3-2-24 Brother- very ill cat

Milford Delaware area. Someone reached out to me that their cat is only seven years old but he’s losing weight and becoming lethargic. He needs to get to a vet, but she needs help with that ( financing). Is there any Rescue in that area who can help her save him.. UPDATE: They had a long wait so I apologize for the delay, but right now we are waiting for the FIV/FELV test to come back. The kitty is very anemic and only a little over 3 pounds and he’s an adult. UPDATE #2. So the aids and leukemia test came back negative so they are now doing a CBC test to find out if anything is going on with kidneys or liver. The vet said basically at this point the cat is dying from fleas 😢 and would need a blood transfusion but depending on the CBC test will determine which way to go. If anyone can please call them to donate or use the PayPal link the bill is growing and I will keep you posted. UPDATE #3 The CBC came back a bit off which means this is all happening because of the fleas. The owner is surrendering the cat to me to take over and do what is needed to help save this boy. He is critical at this point and could go either way, but I will try everything I need to.😢😢😢. Thank you to those who donated and to The Dollar Club, helping animals one dollar at a time and for Susan Coleman with Community Cats Coalition for jumping in to pay the remaining balance of this bill. Thank you so much. It does take a village. I will keep everyone posted on him.

3-4-24 Cat food needed for abandoned colony

Another request for cat food for a new colony that was discovered in the woods near a home that was recently sold. Looks like the old owners of the home just abandoned the cats. The new owners are willing to TNR and provide food and make some shelters but need some help with food. There is another group who is helping with TNR but cannot do both TNR and food/shelters. TDC said we could help with some food and maybe some shelters depends on what we collect.

3-10-24  Coco - pneumonia & gallstones

COCO IS AN EMERGENCY INTAKE! HER OWNER WANTS TO EUTHANIZE HER TONIGHT FOR SOME MEDICAL ISSUES AND SHE IS ONLY A YEAR AND A HALF OLD!!!
Coco's story is sad for the short life she has lived. She was bought from a breeder for $6800. She was forced to have 2 litters of puppies to be sold. The owner allowed her to over heat. He then left COCO with his mom and moved. His mom took her to an emergency vet as she was lethargic and not eating. They did blood work xrays and she was put in the oxygen chamber. She has dry eyes which is treatable and may need her gallbladder removed. The owner wants to euthanize her tonight and we just can't let that happen. She deserves a chance! Here I am again asking for help to save a life! Please donate to help us with Coco's care! We have a vet tech in route to pick her up and get her help. We also need an experienced medical foster. Please message us if you are able to foster.

3/14/24  Hoard help with vet bill

Kitt's Kitten Rescue, Inc. Unfortunately, due to the recent rescue of 11 cats in a Mesa hoarder home, we have fallen behind on our vet bill. Just about each of these cats have been in pretty harsh shape. So very sorry to ask but is it possible you could help us out with a payment to Quail Crossing Animal Hospital? Doesn't me matter the amount. Just a few dollars absolutely helps. These poor kitties needed us and after we saw the inside of that house, they were not staying there. It's so very appreciated. Maybe you can take a few minutes to call in a payment so we can continue to use our vets services. Thank you kindly. Kitt's Kitten Rescue

3-16-24 Cat food needed

Can you please help us to help a huge colony we recently found in the woods behind a mall?

We have tnr lined up but need some help with food. We don't have the funds to do it all. It seems to be a very large colony from what used to be a trailer park back there that was just sold. Anything you can provide would be helpful. Thank you.

3-20-24 Oreo needs vet ASAP

Little Mews Rescue, Inc
🚨 WARNING: GRAPHIC IMAGES AHEAD 🚨
A few days ago, we acquired Orea, a beautiful long hair tuxedo girl who came to us in terrible condition. She is underweight, has no teeth, chronic diarrhea, fleas, lice, gastrointestinal issues, and a lung infection on top of the possibility of losing her right eye! We don't know how long she has been experiencing these issues, and the vets estimate her to be around 12 years old. Despite all of her sickness, she has a fighting spirit and is a warm and loving girl finally in a safe space. Her vet bills are going to be expensive, an estimate of at least $500-750, but we want to save her and give her the second chance she deserves.

3-25-24  Kitty with ruptured anal sacks

I have a cat that needs medical help. His anal sacks ruptured and his colon/ rectum area is infected. He can’t control his bowl movements. He is anemic from blood loss. I posted his predicament on Facebook but they keep taking it down. Was told if I posted it again I would be put in Facebook jail indefinitely.

3-25-24 - July - kitty needs surgery for blockage

Thank you for considering July. He’s a spicy guy but we all love him and want the best for him.
We trapped him in 2020 for TNR and held him a bit for a vet appointment then to check his eyes. The vet just thought he was stressed and he had head wounds which she thought might be contributing to his third eyelids showing. So after some time with us he was released. His feeder reached out to us in August 2022 with a photo and a request for help. We had an rolling appointment set up with the best eye doctor around but despite repeated efforts we were unable to trap him. His feeder tried trapping him as well with no luck. A few weeks ago we finally trapped him and we were elated to finally get him the help he needs! He has a dental and he’s been waiting for his eye specialist exam. He’s so spicy he needs to be sedated for the exam. We’re dropping him off on Wednesday morning so I’ll keep you updated about how things go.
